Lane Kirkland, the President of the AFL-CIO, writes a letter to Mr. Donald Regan, Secretary of the Treasury. In it, Kirkland informs him of subject areas the AFL-CIO and the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions feel should be addressed given the proximity of the Joint Meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank scheduled for September 27 to 30, 1983.
