Abstract
Description
Memo from Richard Hough to William Doherty concerning the Phase III agrarian reform project in El Salvador and various changes developed at "farm level" such as changes in the size of families, the amount of land families possess, the production of grain, the types of crops planted, and the amount of capital produced. Hough asserts that the aforementioned change is virtually all positive but that AIFLD's involvement is rarely acknowledged. Hough also suggests ways in which AIFLD can become properly accredited for its successes in El Salvador.
