Abstract
Ghana has become one of the premiere exporters of football related labor from Africa to Europe since the dawn of the new century. Ghana’s circumstances are indicative of a larger trend throughout the continent. Certain identities inclined towards viewing football migration as an attractive option have appeared throughout the later portion of 20th century as a result of the historical, political, economic, and technological forces subsuming Ghana (as well as the rest of Africa).
